I lead the AI organisation at Filed.
I've spent most of my career in fintech, usually at the point where data and ML stop being a side project and start running the company. Klarna was where I first saw that up close — building credit-risk models when getting one wrong was an actual P&L event.
I joined Anyfin as the founding data person and stayed long enough to grow the team and the product. After Anyfin came Tink, where I ran data and analytics through the Visa acquisition. At Visa I moved into platform — the open-banking infrastructure thousands of banks plug into. There was a year at Spotify in between, on personalisation, which felt like a different planet.
Now I'm at Filed, building the AI organisation. Most days I'm thinking about the same thing I was thinking about ten years ago: why models that look great in a notebook fall apart in production. The answer is almost never the model.
